A few common questions
Can I get help with just one service?
Yes. Choose bookkeeping and cleanup, outsourced controllership, FP&A, or tax preparation and planning. Services can be scoped individually or combined around your priorities.
How do bookkeeping, controllership, and FP&A work together?
Bookkeeping records and reconciles transactions. Controllership oversees the close, accounting quality, and financial reporting. FP&A uses those results to build budgets, forecasts, and decision analysis. Your engagement can cover the functions you need and coordinate with your existing team.
What does outsourced controllership include?
Services can include monthly close oversight, reconciliation and accrual review, financial reporting, audit coordination, and lender reporting. We agree on the close timetable, who prepares the underlying records, your review needs, and the deliverables before starting.
Can you help with our annual audit and credit facility requirements?
We can organize auditor-requested schedules and supporting documentation, coordinate responses with your external auditors, prepare covenant calculations and compliance certificate packages, and track lender reporting deadlines. Management retains responsibility for decisions, approvals, and certifications.
What does Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) include?
FP&A helps you plan future performance and understand what drives your results. Services can include annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow projections, budget-to-actual analysis, scenario modeling, and KPI reporting. We agree on the deliverables and review schedule around your business needs.
How are fees determined?
Fees reflect the scope, complexity, record condition, and frequency of the work. Cleanup quotes also consider the number of months and accounts involved. For ongoing controllership, FP&A, and tax engagements, we agree on deliverables, timing, and fees before starting.
Who do you work with?
We work with individuals and small business owners looking for tax, bookkeeping, or financial guidance. Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm whether it fits our services and availability.
When will I hear back?
Allow up to two business days for an initial reply. Choose the closest timeline in the form. If you have a specific deadline, mention it when we follow up.
What should I include in my first message?
Select the service that interests you and your general timeline. Please do not send tax documents, Social Security numbers, or account details in an initial email.
